Return Policy

Elizabeth Hughes, MD is committed to making sure you look and feel your best. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, returns are accepted within 14 days of you receiving them. You may bring the item to our clinic to return in person or ship it back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using US Postal Service or UPS with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. Please retain your shipping receipt for proof of return.

We reserve the right limit or refuse a return if a returned item is not securely packaged for transit. Items not properly secured to prevent damage in transit are subject to a $15 fee. Please use original packing materials or a sturdy box with proper packing. Padded envelopes are generally not acceptable as goods are often damaged and are unable to be returned to manufacturer.

When a returned item is received back to us, you will receive a full refund of product price credited to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. All returns are subject to validation and approval by ElizabethHughesDermatology.com.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages

If your package is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery or marked return to sender, an undeliverable package fee will be assessed. The fee is $15.00 for domestic orders and $30.00 for international orders. Please double-check your shipping address before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.
 
Lost, Stolen and Damaged Packages

Please report lost, stolen or damaged packages to our Customer Care Team immediately so we can begin investigating the issue. Lost, stolen or damaged shipments must be reported within 14 days of the shipment’s estimated delivery date.
When reported damaged packages, photos showing damage to the shipping box will be requested at the request of the shipping courier.
